Cultural Odyssey Tour Details

Day 1 (Saturday) : Delhi

Welcome to your Deccan Odyssey tour! Assemble at Delhi Railway Station, from where the royal journey will commence. Settle in your designated cabin after welcome drinks are served, and trains move forward to the first destination, Sawai Madhopur. Dinner & overnight stay in Deccan Odyssey.

Day 2 (Sunday) : Sawai Madhopur

Arrive at Sawai Madhopur and spend a day in the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, once the private hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Enjoy a village safari visit the beautiful locales of Sawai Madhopur and an adventurous jungle safari.

Day 3 (Monday) : Jaipur

Arrive at the historic capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur, often called the Pink City. Explore the forts and palaces and after lunch you may choose to participate in shopping experience.

Day 4 (Tuesday) : Agra

Today the Deccan Odyssey arrives at the Mughal citadel of Agra. Visit the iconic Taj Mahal, and other architectural gems of the Mughal Empire, and the impressive Agra Fort.

Day 5 (Wednesday) : Gwalior - Orchha

Today the Deccan Odyssey arrives at Gwalior, visit the Majestic Gwalior fort. Later board the train for Orchha. Visit the fort, visit the Temple, and experience village life as well.

Day 6 (Thursday) : Khajuraho

Arrive at the historic city of Khajuraho, which beholds the World Heritage Monument the Chandela Temple complex. Visit the Mahadev Temple.

Day 7 (Friday) : Varanasi

Arrive at Varanasi - The cradle of Mankind the oldest living city on this planet. Visit Temples & Ghat area, experience the lively bazaar and the mystic chaos. Enjoy a boat ride on the Holy Ganges.

Day 8 (Saturday) : Delhi

Arrive at Delhi, where your journey comes to an end.
